Tried to place an order using two different self-service machines, both of which repeatedly froze or crashed. There were no staff available at the tills to take our order, and when someone eventually arrived, they showed no sympathy, apology, or concern when we politely explained the issue. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this McDonald's location. The staff, who appeared to be predominantly teenagers, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and competence.
