Worse Lloyds bank in Leicester. Employees are sooo slow and the young female with black her is disrespect. They take their time with everything and do not care about customers needs. Their system shuts down every 5-10min. Which is not helpful

Lloyd's Bank is a lovely Bank. The Staff are very friendly, helpful, and are not ignorant when it comes to Wheelchair Customers. If you want to have a Private Consultation at Lloyd's Bank they are happy to oblige. You have to make an appointment to do so. Wheelchair accessible is wonderful. Lloyd's has an electric door that opens automatically. A Lovely Bank by far.

I went to open a new account, but I was totally ignored, I explained that I have problems with my phone and I don't have online access, they said that it can only be done online. Disgusting that you can't open an account at branches

I went into the bank today with my husband and was spoken down to by the young woman at the customer service desk. I asked her not to speak to me as if I'm stupid just because I'm in my 60s with white hair doesn't mean I don't understand. My husband was told to return with ID and she actually said in front of a bank full of people "and don't bring her back with you" so glad I don't bank there!!

I went to bank to certified my statements for visa application requirement. I have all required documentation to prove that I desperately need to have verified bank statements for success of my application. They did not mind at all. Staff has the access and ability , but they simply ignored me. This is being the worst banking experience in my life. Unbelievable. Try to talk to management but no point. How it became branch policy more important than customer urgent and utmost important customer ? I feel that they still don?t understand modern banking practices and customs satisfaction. Do not recommend.

Very worst experience with banking staff in this branch when I went in this the lady at the reception without listening to the full query she constantly saying we cannot offer that showing some racism which is not acceptable I am going to log a complaint online for the experience I got here today this is not at all acceptable as as customer representative you need to have some patience when dealing with the customers

Unprofessional and unfriendly behaviour on the only two occasions I went! I was made to wait 1h30 with my toddler because of a technical problem. A black-haired woman with glasses even made my son cry because she thought he wanted to go into an office when all we were asking for was a toilet. She seemed exasperated that I was asking for technical assistance and preferred to pass on another customer who was ill at ease, leaving me to deal with the hotline inside the bank while carrying my crying child in my arms!The second time I went there, when I was talking to a charming employee, she interfered in our conversation in a rude manner, being completely out of line and trying to impose her way of doing things. Something needs to be done about this!
