. I am a loyal customer. I have been shopping with Iceland for a long time.I have had an extremely terrible experience recently. There was mould in my bread rolls. And both me and my mother were sick and vomited.The store manager didn?t apologise didn?t even bother looking me in the eye and only gave me a refund of £2. He was lazy and didn?t bother with our wellbeing.I rang customer service I have already spoken to 4 different agents. The names are Kalsey , Angel , and Jodie. I can not remember one of the other agents name.And all these 4 agents have been useless lazy they seem lost. They do not know what they are doing. I have been lied to me. And I feel they are avoiding this. No agent seems interested in helping me.I have been told to get a new card in store in order to get compensation on my card.That was a lie. They said they will ring the store and then they will call me back. It?s hot happened.The 2nd agents said the first agent lied to me. They should not have told me to get new card . They don?t call customers back.And she also wrote notes on my account so that I don?t have to repeat everything when I call back. And I already called twice and the last 2 agents don?t see any notes on my account.I am a Disabled person and all 4 agents know that. Despite me being disabled I have been treated unworthy and treated like a dog.I feel heartbroken for being a loyal customer too. I feel betrayed.I feel like I should take my own life because none of the agent care about me and my mother health it feels like Iceland expect me to Die.My supporting officer feels that it?s best to take this even higher up. But I do not wish to this further up. And I have told this to the 4 agents . I want to try and deal solve this as easy peacefully simply as possible. please don?t make me take this further up. But knowbody seems to be interested. For them this is a game. While it?s my own health and life that is on the line. All 4 agents should be ashamed of themselves I can?t believe that Iceland has people with no heart no care working for them. This is evil and inhuman. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.Is there decent human being who help me with this situation? Everybody is avoiding this every time I call.I am not going to shop again in Iceland which is a shame I shop nearly everyday in Iceland for 20 years. And my family too. As we live right next to behind Iceland.

Friendly staff, clean and organised store with very reasonable pricing. Always at hand to fulfil your frozen food needs. A selection of food to suit most dietary requirements. What's not to like about this place?

The Store Manager Roger of this Iceland branch is very unprofessional. Speaking as an ex member of staff, he would act in a spiteful way cutting employees hours down if he didn't get his own way and would talk about most members of staff to others (like laugh about their appearance and weight ) including looking at CCTV system of colleagues and making fun and jokes. This is an abuse of CCTV if nothing else but it is just wrong and unprofessional to treat hardworking staff like this.Many have left this store because of his behaviour and attitude but the HR department does not seem to care what he does and brush complaints under the carpet.I would not recommend working here. You are treated poorly by both the company and the store managers and are expected to do multiple jobs at the same time all while on MINIMUM WAGE. Hours are very unstable and will be adjusted without notice, and managers will put breaks on your timesheet but don't expect you to take them so they expect a lot of free labour to just get the job done.On other hand, most general staff members in this branch are friendly but I also know a lot have also left the company this year and moved onto much better and deserving things which seems to have caused this shop to be desperate for staff to cover shortage. This shortage made worse by current manager Roger as he creates such an unpleasant working environment.In essence do not work here or any Iceland branch if you can help it and try to find a much more positive work place as this company and its managers run you down.#Poorservice#Longqueues
