Very good experience using Hunters as a buyer. My solicitors (Gorvins) were unfortunately very poor communicators and this resulted in the estate agents at Hunters chasing them for updates throughout the whole process. Gorvins had also kept my mortgage funds despite the completion date being delayed and I was unaware of this at the time. Hunters specifically called me to make me aware of this so that I was able to take action so the funds could be returned so I was not charged interest. Without Hunters chasing Gorvins and providing updates to everyone involved, the purchase would have taken much longer than it already did, or may have fallen through all together.

I moved house this week through Hunters, Sam came to value my house and was so lovely and reassuring that she gave me the confidence they would do their best for me. Tony came to take photos and video and made my house look lovey which attracted a reasonable amount of attention. Lou looked after me for the rest of the time, she was tenacious, communicated very well, always kept me informed and speeded up a process which was i n danger of stalling. The whole team are very professional and inspire confidence in them. I would absolutely recommend Hunters to anyone wanting to sell their property.

We have recently purchased a property through Hunters estate agents and we were being looked after by Louise. She has been so helpful throughout the whole process and answered millions of enquiries we had with a smile! Louise and her team have been exceptionally professional and we built a lovely rapport with each other. I would definitely recommend Hunters to everyone and will definitely come back to them. I/we would recommend the team in wigston to sell your property. We sold through them and our experience was brilliant. Louise worked extremely hard on our behalf to make our experience as painless as possible.We've moved out of Leicester, so don't think we will need their service again but we do highly recommend them for your property needs.

Use Hunters Wigston service as purchase side, they informed me my offer being accepted then they need to do AML for secure the property. As an international buyer, they said it will take a week which I never heard of from other estate agents. I also need to pay for £18 AML check? After a week, they told me the vendor accepted other offer? The interest thing is the status of the property remains available did not change to ?under offer? or ? SOLD STC? neither on Rightmove or their own website and the property remains available to NOW!! This makes me feel like a scam.
