I came into this wonderful shop last week to enquire about a new stone for my late Grandma's ring as it had just been sat in my jewellery box for years. The staff were so helpful and gave me lots of different options for stones. They measured my finger to also get it resized. Within a week they've got it all sorted with a beautiful garnet just like my Grandma used to have. Much cheaper than other places too. Other local jewellers were quite rude and unhelpful telling me it wouldn't be easy and it would be very expensive but wigston gift and jewellery centre was completely different. I'll definitely be back and I can't thank them enough for bringing a part of my Grandma back to me.

I Don't know the guy that works here or If he's the manager, but this guy is a legend not only did he get my daughter's necklace & my mum's necklace fixed, which is very sentimental but he let me pay for them when I'd got the money. No rush, to pay & collect Just a pretty chilled transaction between a customer & retailer.Nice staff as well ?
