I've had a great experience with other staff in this place however, i called in today to place an order. A lady answered and was rude before putting down the phone on me. I turned up to complain only for her to tell me she's the manager. Obviously with her authority she thinks she can be rude to customers. Completely unacceptable....

Pizza is good customer service isn't very good, woman who was serving was shouty and arrogant and honestly just felt disrespected when others were getting smiles we were given a cold response. (The woman in red lipstick)
