Great visit today - busy but staff very attentive and even brought my dog over a bowl of water. Although a chain the team working there make it feel like a local coffee shop.

Waited at the till, no one else there waiting and the two girls were just standing chatting, kept looking at me but weren?t serving. Need to be more observant and do their job instead of talking to eachother

Great service from jobin I walked in he asked me if I was having my usual and before I?d paid he had already made it for me. Very happy with his service

As a regular visitor to the wigston cafe over the past couple of weeks standards have dropped from dirty counters and cups plates and wrappers sitting on tables for ages.(in the end customers have to move them) to poor service ...wrong drinks served and when you ask for them to be changed you get leered at by staff

Great visit today :) Jobin served me and I wanted to congratulate him on his exceptional customer service. I have an allergy and he was excellent. He talked me through the allergen folder, made sure that he used clean and decontaminated utensils and preparation materials and also made sure to wash his hands before serving me. He was upbeat and friendly throughout. He should be commended for this safe practice!

You can get a nice cup of voffee here, provided you don't mind a bit of a wait for the individually crafted brew.

I was surprised to see such a dirty area on the counter and where the coffee and food was prepared..it may not have been dirty as such but it was incredibly untidy, coffee,milk, dirty equipment etc
