Great visit today - busy but staff very attentive and even brought my dog over a bowl of water. Although a chain the team working there make it feel like a local coffee shop.

Waited at the till, no one else there waiting and the two girls were just standing chatting, kept looking at me but weren’t serving. Need to be more observant and do their job instead of talking to eachother
