Great service on Wednesday the 4th Sept by the two ladies in the afternoon (10/10 for them) but let down by the two balloons I purchased, a big 5 and a big 0, the 0 popped after a couple of hours (same day). No rough handling involved, just a loud pop and then deflated. I don?t usually shop at Card Factory and this is a shame for the stellar service by the ladies, let down by a poor product.

Staff are extremely rude. Dropped money at the Santander cash point outside and as I stood there, a member of staff who was closing the doors picked it up. After asking a member of staff if any money was found, a blunt, rude response was given and members of staff were not even asked about it. Disgusting behaviour and wouldn?t expect this from anyone. Very disappointed.

You are required to queue outside to reduce numbers in the shop which is fine, but once in the store all order is lost. Even staff were reaching over me to rearrange cards. If staff can't keep to the social distancing measures then many customers never will either. Quite a large selection of different cards but that means there aren't many choices of each one. Got a great deal on 12m of kids wrapping paper for £2.50 though and the cards are all reasonably priced. Handy that they also sell stamps so I didn't have to go elsewhere for them.
