I visit this station weekly to brim my car for my 240 mile commute back home. I spend £100/week on average and I've been doing it for 10 months now.I'm a regular and I'm 60 years old, so why do they think I'm going to drive off without paying? I called as usual a couple of days ago only to be told I had to pay before filling. I won't be judged as a criminal by someone who can't even communicate with me in our native language, so I left and filled up somewhere less paranoid and disrespectful. I'd rather pay more for my fuel than line the pockets of whoever decided I look suspicious with my grey hair and wrinkles. That's £5200 of lost turnover from a single offended customer. They already shut down the roadside pumps to prevent drive-aways, which I understand and agree with, so why, when I'm on camera and my plate is visible do they feel the need?I'm hoping whoever employs these people has carried out the relevant "right to work" checks.BP - if you own this station, I'm switching to Shell.

I always call into your garage to fill up, so I went to call in today after checking your prices yesterday and the Chancellor having reduced the tax on a litre of fuel by 5p due to the extortionate cost of a barrel of crude oil, and what do I find you have passed on 2p of that reduction, well thanks for that.

I just went to buy camping gas, yes in a fuel crisis. Pulled in, parked up with plenty of room for people to pull out past my vehicle and the attendant sent me away. He was rude, wasn't prepared to listen and even called me mental.

Came here late at night. Of course, I was to pay first before fuelling up, so I went to the window, but just before me, someone was buying some food. When the customer before me left, I got to the till, I wanted to give the guy my card, but for some reason, he just stood there, motionless, watching me trying to give him my card and didn't even open the window. I told him that I wanted to pay for fuel and still stood there motionless. What's that all about?

Great filling station, never had to queue....decent prices, really good selection on the shop too, don't think I've ever seen it closed. Only downside for me is, when you go in.....the blokes who work there are always talking away on their phones....

I/ We always use this garage. Ok the owners are not that friendly but you don't pour that in the tank, thank heavens. But would never use Tesco.

Fuel prices are fabulous, but customer service is poor

It sells fuel of all sorts and does a professional Job. Clean and tidy, with toilets. Church across the road to destress from a long drive.
