“Branch is cosy and friendly. Staff are always so helpful. As a customer who is disabled and elderly I feel totally at ease with everyone from manager Karen Whatsize to the newest clerk. To make life easier for me Karen suggested online banking to me and it has been so easy and an absolute godsend but I still like to use the branch on a regular but less frequent basis. I have never regretted leaving Barclay's for Santander I feel very well looked after.”

“Lloyd's Bank is a lovely Bank. The Staff are very friendly, helpful, and are not ignorant when it comes to Wheelchair Customers. If you want to have a Private Consultation at Lloyd's Bank they are happy to oblige. You have to make an appointment to do so. Wheelchair accessible is wonderful. Lloyd's has an electric door that opens automatically. A Lovely Bank by far.”

“I have just been into my Wigston Leicester branch of the nation wide bank and as always when ever I need send money , transfer money or anything .. the 3 ladies who serve you are so nice to deal with and are super efficient in work practise .Always 5 star which I can't say about other banks or even other nation wide branchesKeep up the fantastic work which is a rarity in todays climate ?”
