“A great experience! We were looking for a new washing machine. We checked the website and found the video's so helpful. Many websites do not include details of the programmes which is what you're most interested in. The lady in the shop was so helpful, she gave us more info and even a card of a man should we want to try to repair our machine. After sleeping on it, we decided on a new machine and went back to Lords the next day. The man who served us was really nice, gave us a free pen and torch, which will be very useful. We left feeling very valued as customers and will definitely return for future purchases.The washing machine was delivered today, the guys were really friendly, installed it, made sure it filled up correctly and advised how to use it.
