Stayed for 1 night for my partners 50th birthday , from arrival to departure everyone from receptionist, bar staff, spa staff and breakfast staff were super friendly and lovely, had a great night in lincolns bar and a lovely meal, room was mega clean, large and comfy and a tasty breakfast too, swimming pool and spa was excellent, I cannot fault this hotel, we shall be staying again here again for a nice quiet getaway ??

Currently staying here for 3 nights to unwind. Just have to say that ALL of the staff have been so friendly and really helpful from the moment we arrived.

Two waiting staff for a packed breakfast room was not enough they absolutely worked there socks of but ran out of literally everything

The room was very clean. However, I found the bed to be very soft (my opinion only) as I am used to a hard bed. On both occasions, I went to the restaurant all the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, the food was very good and I enjoyed both meals, the atmosphere was a bit subdued (no fault of the hotel) as there was a wake being held on the day of my visit (condolences to the family and friends)
