I never leave reviews. This is my first one. I ordered food an hour ago and it?s still waiting to be approved by the store. I paid £14 for my meal and i wanted to call up and ask for some pizza topping to be removed as i?m allergic. I called 17 times and no one answered. The food never came. They will not even allow me to refund my order as in their words ?it is my problem.? Never seen such poor and horrid customer service in my life. Terrible place. I urge everyone not to eat here as the food really isn?t that nice.

Ordered on the phone and was told minimum order value was £30 so ordered £30 worth of food. Then to be told the total is £40 with delivery even though I live around the corner. Very bad communication and awful attitude

Overpriced pizza, they charge what they want, tge lady on the phone her English is poor and doesn't understand when you speak to her, she sent me out a 16 inch pizza, instead of a 12inch, and I had to pay for the 16inch, avoid this place at all cost.

First time visiting tonight ordered food in the shop and waited. Friendly staff, very nice pizzas, dough was really fresh, plenty of toppings, garlic bread equally nice and mozzarella sticks. Will definitely return

We ordered 12 pizzas on weekend for a birthday party and they were a winner amongst kids and adults alike. The paneer pizzas are definite must try! They are literally different and the best from all of the indiany pizzas in town!

Been a loyal customer for several years, never had a problem, ordered our usual pizza this evening, I called them when they where 15 mins late, they said they where on the way, called again 10 mins later, only to be told the driver got lost, so they where sending new food and would be 15 mins, 20 mins later we had, the "new" delivery driver, dropped off the original food that was cold and soggy, at this point the pizza box had caved from the heat when the pizzas where hot. Rang them again only to be lied to, and them make excuses blaming the driver, they never sent new food, we had to bin the lot. Disgraceful. We will never order from this place again, so disappointing as we've used this company for so many years. Not sure if they have been taken over by someone new.

This is the second time we?ve ordered from them . First delivery was good so ordered again tonight but it arrived without milkshake we ordered £4,49 . Delivery driver said he
Would return with it but never did . Such a shame they let us down and won?t be sadly buying from them again now.
