Whilst this M&S food hall isn?t the largest, it is usually well stocked and has most things I need. The staff are always helpful and friendly.
It?s a shame there isn?t a cafe here anymore and no access to toilets is disappointing.
Overall a good store.

Picked up a parcel of pyjamas for my mother in law?s birthday via the click and collect service! Nice and quick. Also got some shortbread and had a look in the bakery. Pretty plants on display upon entry which create a welcoming atmosphere. I like the fact there are self checkouts, so much faster and you don?t need to have a chat, great for the introverts among us! And so lovely that they provide trolleys and a trolley shelter. I do really enjoy a trip to M&S I can?t lie? it?s much better than the ghastly Asda!

Honestly the best m&s food I have been to, and I've been to plenty.
They always seem to have everything. It's so well organised and laid out, the staff are lovely and attentive, always go out of their way to help.
I love how they don't frequently move everything around, and it's the perfect size (not too big or small). Can be in and out in just over 5 minutes if you know what you're looking for.
Parking is plentiful, and the opening times are great.

Disappointed to find that an item I picked up this weekend was more than 4 months past its best before date; not the quality I expected from M&S.

Food selection was great. However, was served by Charlotte on the till and had absolutely 0 interaction with us. No response to our hello, more concerned with the elderly couple behind us who were being seen too by two other colleagues. Understandable if she knows them/they're regulars but as a front of house staff member abit of communication wouldn't go amiss. By 0 communication I mean: no hello, when we asked for a bag she simply pointed to the bag stack as if it was a chore to give it to us, when we were done packing and I stood to pay she didn't ask if I had a sparks card, nor cared to ask my method of payment, nor even mentioned the amount due.
I totally understand not everyone is having a good day but when someone puts 0 effort into your transaction but cares moreso regarding other people it doesn't feel good. Not sure if race or youth might have played a factor too - it certainly felt this way.

Absolutely fantastic level of service from Darien!
He went over and beyond to check stock in the back end result was very positive.. polite, professional and approachable.. his efforts in delivering first class customer service should be recognised.. thank you again Darien.. Will shop here more often now

The Eccles cakes the chocolate cookies the bread the ready meals love this shop really the apple turnovers are amazing... The flowers are fab fresh veg amazing too. Love it.
