This is the 2nd Exclusive party we had at Rascal Ranch.
Last night under new management and new staff, and wow!! You can tell the difference, so much happier this time. Staff offered help and were proactive, always smiling, made us feel very comfortable. Really good service, toilets spotless. Play area safe and clean. Kids, parents and ourselves enjoyed so much, thank you guys!!

I just wanted to leave a compliment for the fantastic staff at Rascal Ranch. The play area is really good for 2-8 year olds in particular and great for the adults with easy access/parking, good amount of very clean tables and chairs and ability to keep eye on kids. But the staff really make this place stand out. I had exceptionally good service from several staff members last weekend and today; friendly, attentive and take pride in the place. Well done!
