I worked for this pharmacy as a locum dispenser back at the beginning on November when they literally had no staff. The whole place was a mess and most of the staff were new, none of the meds were ready and it was all very hectic. Not to mention I still haven?t been paid according to my agency because ?the area manager Omar never replies? so will never be working there again. This is happening to many other locums at badly managed branches.

Answers the phone 1/5 times. Last 3 months have not delivered my 90 years of grandmas tablets and the other month were completely unreachable.

Ordered tablets on 24th December its now 2nd January still no tablets only gave 1 star as couldn't give no stars don't use it you take tablets regularly

Staff are lovely and helpful but seems to be very unorganised when comes to getting prescriptions. Don't understand why it takes 7 days from "the hub"

Had a prescription to pick up and was told it would be ready by 3pm went to pick it up and the medication hadn't even been ordered so was told to go back the next day so I went back and again was told it hasn't been ordered 3 times I've been back there to be told it hadn't even been ordered in I don't know what they are messing about at how hard is it to order someone's medication in I've got one word to describe this pharmacy and that is useless I won't be getting prescriptions from here again clearly they can't do their job or just can't be bothered

My grandson is very constipated I rang the doctor he said the prescription would be ready this afternoon not heard anything from Wells chemist and nobody is answering the phone how could they let a 7 Yr old suffer like this supposed to send txtt changing my chemist

Always very friendly and helpful. There have been a few slight issues in the past , but majority if not all have been delays in getting the prescriptions from the GP, as opposed the pharmacy being at fault. And whenever there has been a delay, Wells have done what they can to resolve it . I cant rate them high enough.

Called in with a prescription on a Thursday 5pm. Was told that it would be ready lunchtime next day, I confirmed around 2pm to be told yes. The next day I forgot to call in and collect and so called in at 10.30 am Saturday. Serving assistant was short in her questioning and generally unhelpful. The dispenser, who normally is pleasant, seemed a little stressed and was not her usual cheery self. I was told that my prescription was not ready, I queried as I had originally been told that it would be ready 24hours sooner. I was asked to call in again in Monday. I queried why the prescription could not be made ready for me later same day.Whole experience was such to make me feel anxious and stressed.I shall be recalling my prescription from there and using an alternative pharmacy.
