Honestly horrid. Usually subway is a quick and cheerful 2 minute job. However they decided to install some new touchscreen kiosks which none of the staff seem to know how to operate so I was genuinely waiting 30 minutes for a single sub. Everyone was complaining about their orders being incorrect. Not just this, the food was disgusting, dry with lack of flavour or taste. Not sure how you can mess up a sub with pre-made ingredients but they did. If you fancy a subway I?d personally suggest you just keep driving?

Good food just the staff are extremely rude and beware don't bother with coupons as they will turn them away saying they are expired when most of the time they are not and overall the staff just come across as rude which is a let down as the old staff were much nicer

We chose this place over any other place in Syston to eat. Came into restaurant, only 2 tables, no toilets. One table available, covered in spilt drink. There were 3 of us, 2 parents one child of 8 years old. Only 2 chairs and a baby seat available?
Ordering the food was a nightmare. A high barrier of language confusion. We couldn't understand the staff, and they couldn't understand us. My order was messed up, I felt frustrated, hungry and out of pocket.
The bill was over £24 for 3 small meals.
We had to use tissues to clean the pop over the table and I had to sit on a wooden baby seat, I'm 17 stones, my baguette was soggy and leaking everywhere.. extremely irritating.
Won't be returning again.

Went in there today and oh my god!! Two ladies behind the counter, no ?hello? or a smile from either of them. Proceeded to order and she just stared into space no conversation or acknowledgement !! Will not be venturing into there again!! Shocking customer service!! ?

Ordered through Deliveroo, they made my sandwich completely wrong and had I not caught their mistake I would?ve ended up down the hospital as I?m allergic to what they put in. Don?t answer the phones so you can?t tell them your issues, absolutely unbelievable. Sort it out!

I have mixed feelings about this subway, the food is always fresh and good. But they are very greedy and won?t give you much salad in a salad bowl. Sometimes I feel like they wish I wasn?t there when it isn?t even that busy. However the salads and subs are great.

Three Asian girls were working, one was shouting on the guest and another girl was trying to stop her.
She was so rude and very unprofessional.
Arguing with the guest and back answering that you quiet.
Using same gloves to all ingredients veg or non veg
So rude like a village girl better to safe out respect then never prefer to go that subway.
Not able to take pressure on lunch time please give them some etiquette manners and trading to take pressure. When asked her name they refused to give.
Only making money is not good if not able to give good service in this country

whatever you do, do NOT go on a Saturday afternoon because it is very busy and the staff and the resources are absolutely not up to the task of efficiently serving a line of people, or even just one guy with a particularly big order, you will be stuck in queue for 20 minutes easily it's absolutely insane, they need more staff! Last Saturday afternoon I went it was literally just one woman serving an entire line of people, genuinely felt bad for her!
Also the people working there seem to be bipolar as hell, sometimes I will go in there and they are really nice and cheerful and welcoming, and then other times they are extremely cold and seem borderline irritated by my presence and it seems like they end up rushing things along just to get me out of there as quickly as possible, it's weird
