I do agree with some of the comments. However, this small Post Office is dealing with an ever expanding Syston. We are lucky to have a sorting/collection office - many do not have that! If you have any complaints just discuss your grievance with Satish, he will go above & beyond to help solve your issue. He doesn't have too much time to welcome with a smile - maybe he should serve you with tea & biscuits. Well done to Satish & your team, you all do amazing! Your Posties are always pleasant & still had to work through covid. If you really are unhappy, deliver your items personally - that would be a special gesture & you cannot complain if they are not delivered! Well done to Satish & your team -you do amazing!

I went in to collect a parcel that said special delivery by 1pm. I received a tracking reference to say it was at Syston Post Office. When I went there the first time, the women took my name and address despite asking if she wanted my tracking number, when I offered it she didn't want it. She said the package wasn't there and it was out for delivery. She sent me to the Royal Mail sorting office at rear of the Post Office who sent me back. Eventually the other woman on the counter found the package (this was my third attempt to get my package), after asking for my tracking number. This caused significant delay as I needed to be at a pre wedding party with the rest of the groom party in West Sussex. I will never use this Post Office again for parcel collections again!

Very near to my home, all staff members are so friendly & helpful on all subjects, recently renewal of my passport done by their staff help .....excellent, all done in no time & received brand new passport in no time too, much quicker. Wish'em all the best wishes as always. Thank you all.

Sometimes a long que, but always helpful staff.Staff are knowledgeable on all products.I did a digital passport check and send application and they made it so simple. All documents needed were checked from the post office and because of this I didn't need to send out anymore documents to the passport office (saves alot of time and anxiety).Passport photo taken from their service too. Really great way to apply for a passport, and to be completely honest id recommend paying the extra for the service. Thank you again ?!
