They were really busy and still managed to serve us pretty quickly so the service has definitely improved from the last time i was here however the ones that serve the carvery still look like they don't want to be there. Unfortunately I'm sorry to say the food hasn't improved, everything seemed undercooked, my friend had the beef in the carvery and most of it was fat and gristle, neither of us could eat the stuffing as it left a bad taste in our mouth, the mash potato was tasteless and had been mashed to slop. My friend had convinced me to try again saying they may of been having a bad day last time but now even he has said he won't be going back.

Visited tonight 2nd April for my dad's 80th birthday. Carvery was great but my Cheese and potato pie was rock hard on the outside, but burning hot on the inside, also the chips were luke warm. On the plus side we had a lovely waitress, who was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, big thanks to Sam L.
Vegetarian options: Hardly any veggie selection, and why can't the cheese and potato pie ever be cooked properly??

I ordered the hunter burger & asked for no coleslaw.
When the burger arrived it was cold, with coleslaw and the chips were burnt.
However all the staff were lovely and I've been multiple times with this being the first time I've had issues.
