They were really busy and still managed to serve us pretty quickly so the service has definitely improved from the last time i was here however the ones that serve the carvery still look like they don't want to be there. Visited tonight 2nd April for my dad's 80th birthday. Carvery was great but my Cheese and potato pie was rock hard on the outside, but burning hot on the inside, also the chips were luke warm. On the plus side we had a lovely waitress, who was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, big thanks to Sam L.
