Very happy with the service, from the 1st day we visited the showroom to the end product, we were looked after very well. Nothing was too much trouble and when we hit a little communication misunderstanding, it was sorted quickly and efficiently. From the showroom staff to the fitting crew, everybody was amazing! Would definitely recommend!

We have just used Evan?s Fireplaces to create a new chimney breast and install a fire. Excellent workmanship, friendly staff. This is the second time we have use them, brilliant service. Even when the van was parked on the road, people who walked by commented that they had used them and had a great service. Would definitely recommend this company. Aftersales is brilliant too.

Glass cracked on our burner, went to evans for replacement £75, that one cracked to. Looked on Internet found a company at Loughborough charged us £15 it pays to look around

Amazing customer service! When other known companies in Leicester didn?t want to help, Mant and the team were only to willing to get involved with us to create our fireplace. Very professional advice and very accommodating team. Well done to the whole team you guys have done a magnificent job and we could be happier ?

Had been warned terrible customer service but thought I?d try myself.
Called today, they promised me they would be open until 5, I explained I urgently needed to buy some bits from them and finished work at 4pm in Coalville, they told me not a problem they will wait for me.
Raced all the way over to syston, 16:50 - completely locked up.
Waste of fuel and time.
Will now have to just order from Amazon.
Wish I had listened to the advice of others.

Cannot recommend Evans highly enough and would definitely use again. From a very informative showroom with non-pushy sales and great advice on the home visit to being kept in the loop at all stages and very conscientious installation guys, all employees really are a credit to the company! Everything was professional, efficient and friendly and we love how cosy it?s made the place.

May be a 'good enough' service when buying and fitting, BUT, be careful! If anything goes wrong with the applicance, they will not help, even if it is still under guarantee. I was told that it would be February 2025 (4 months time) before they could come to assess what was wrong with my fire because sooo busy. All winter with no fire, they did not care and would not help.

We had a great experience using Evans Fireplace Centre. From our visit to the showroom with Caroline to the visit to our house to check that our choice was suitable - everything was spot on.
