I would highly recommend these guys, I bought a mattress from them 10 years ago and I?ve only just had to replace it. I went back into Costcutter and found a lovely mattress for a very reasonable price. They delivered it today and it was quite early, so no waiting around for it to arrive. They also sent 2 people on delivery who very kindly took the mattress up to our bedroom (we live in a 3 storey house). They also took the old mattress away to dispose of. Thankyou so much!

Bought a double bed from this company. Delivery 9th. Slept on it for the 1st time, 11th of July. On 15th reportrd bed was already sagging. Was requested to send pictures. I did. Their email server blocked me. Called again 16th, told to send each picture individually. I did. Access to mail server denied. The politeness and indifference a little disturbing and a blocked email. Questioning the ethics of this company. Could someone collect the mattress and provide me with a refund. This has been the worst mattress I have slept on. It's liking sleeping on a mattress of 30 years or more. Very disappointed in how this has been handled. Don't purchase bedding here.

unfortunately I have to leave negative feedback , arrange fitting of cushion floor in my aunties flat agreed a price only to be told there would be an extra charge to fit the bathroom after the kitchen was done , fitters eventually returned to fit the bathroom , in my opinion was poor and not sealed as I would expect being a bathroom .
certainly would not recommend

The best experience all round from when I had my flat to house the staff at costcutter carpets have been on point, the fact I can call explain what I?m looking for and they come back with exactly what I said at a decent price. Thankyou so much guys and girls would defo recommend ?
