I really enjoy going to this Costa & meeting up with friends. Staff are great.
What stops me giving it 5* is the fact that there isn?t a particularly comfortable seat in the place & they could all do with a bit of a clean too!!
Parking: Have to park about 300 yards away in a free car park, for a limited time.

Nothing special about the latte I had, service was quick and excellent, the store could do with a make over with better cleaned seats.

Lovely coffee and very fresh blueberry frappe for partner and myself. Always polite and helpful in the Costa at syston. Not overly busy either so able to get a seat outside with the dog!

24 rada dissabiled toilets as the same are locked on sundays and bank hoilidays the should bev24 hour entery at any timevof the day or night

Been visiting this Costa since it opened. Nice atmosphere, lovely staff and great service. Upholstery is starting to look a bit tatty now though and could do with replacing.

Only went in here because I was meeting someone and they suggested it, otherwise I stay well away from the place. I will admit they do good coffee but refuse to pay the quite frankly ridiculous prices, especially to a multimillion pound organisation that refuses to pay its taxes.

Stop by here every once in a while to grab a drink. White hot chocolate is my usual go-to. Staff seem friendly enough.The cake choice can sometimes be a bit hit or miss, and sometimes a bit dry.Layout is a little cramped in some areas, but plenty of seats tucked away nicely for a little added privacy. I?m not too keen on feeling centre of attention while drinking so it works for me.Overall, not a bad place. It is rather pricey though, so it?s only for ?special occasions?!
