Boots Pharmacy in Syston is absolutely brilliant! While it?s true they?re often busy with queues, the level of customer service they provide more than makes up for it. The staff are always friendly, professional, and go out of their way to assist you, no matter how hectic it gets.
A special mention goes to the pharmacist who works there?she is truly amazing. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to help make such a difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and ensures everyone gets the best possible service.
Overall, despite the wait times, this is a fantastic pharmacy that you can trust for excellent care and support. Highly recommended!

I go off peak times so easy to get served quickly.It?s a small place .. it seems it?s more about collecting Prescription.Staff are friendly enough.I did have my blood pressure taken there as a free check they offered me.

Had to leave a review after seeing some of the awful ones I've used this pharmacy for a few years I've always found them helpful. Yes sometimes there is a queue but that's life you have to queue at most places

Unhappy and upset is an understatement. I came to get a prescription for my mother who has recently been in hospital. Said it wont be ready till 2pm, but it was needed before. The kind lady said we can do it for 12:30. I came back at 12:40 and another lady said it would be another 30-45 minutes. I have taken time off work twice to come and collect the prescription, and I am wearing a leg brace due to injury so it is not easy for me. Left without the prescription and left upset. As soon as I got home (within 10 minutes) my mother then received a text saying it is ready! With my leg injury I could not walk down again in that short amount of time so had to arrange someone else to collect the prescription.
