Great store with easy access, however staff not very friendly

? I?m going back to Asda because this isn?t worth it any more.
Some of the staff are lovely and very helpful, big thanks to those individuals.
Some of the staff are outright confrontative bullies.
Some of the staff are lazy and tired. And I?ll be honest, I?m tired of being a 2nd class customer, forced to take a trolley full of shopping to the self check out whilst you stand around gossiping. I?m also tired of watching you open a till for some 1st class customers with far less items to scan.
At first I didn?t think much of it, but after many repeated instances of disrespect in both word and act? I noticed an undeniable pattern of behaviour, demonstrating the fact that Aldi Syston has a toxic and racist culture, I really hope you treat your staff better than you treat your customers.
Never experienced this in Asda, Tesco or Sainsbury. Never expected this in 2025. It?s been so bad that some of your staff have to apologise for the behaviour of others, so it?s clearly not just me that notices this.

Typical Aldi.... Cheap prices, no frills ... But have visited this shop twice now in early evenings and lots of gaps in shelves. With my list yesterday for example out of 8 items on the list could only find 6 of them

Good selection of product healthy choice of fruit and vegetables that taste like fruit. Nice staff clean shelves always full but usually empty or partially around 8pm.

Nice big shop, never too crowded. Got a great range of stock in which is always fresh and plenty of different options. I personally prefer this Aldi to any of the others around Leicester and Loughborough. I took my basket out to place the items in my car as I forgot the bags and an alarm went off that loud it almost gave me a heart attack! More embarrassed than anything. Other than this, great shop!

Sounds strange but this is my favourite Aldi in the Leicester area. I will drive out of my way to come here. It has a massive car park. The layout is so easy and the ailes are much wider and I find even if they are busy it is much more manageable because it is more spacious. The staff are lovely. Very efficient and friendly. Very fast so if there are queues you are not waiting for long. Lovely range of products/ produce.

I stopped shopping here halfway through last year. Yes, it's cheaper, but you can tell in a lot of the products. The veg doesn't stay fresh, I can't tell you the amount of times I've had meat that's gone off before the expiry date, and they always seems to be missing something that means I can't do a full shop.
