Terrible car wash service. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I paid for the most expensive car wash, the car wasn?t even dried and the bird poop remain on the car body. Clearly the car wash machine isn?t working correctly. I give the shopkeeper another chance to rectify the program or another attempt to wash, they insist me to pay again! Honestly, what the hell is this? Can?t believe this is how they treat their customers!

Please change the shop from shell to esso. Using a company van with a shell card planned this station on route for it to be an esso not shell.

No Foam/Shampoo in carwash??? What a way to save a dollar. They don't put any foam in the carwash so you only get water and dry here. Even with the top wash....errrrr rinse

I was there for a quick wash. I chose the best program they had. The one that costs the fabulous sum of £6.Believe me, I only benefited from water and brushes. Wax, polish, shampoo and brush Wheel It's desire. They Said that for £6 is enough.Avoid quick wash there.For £6.....

Went in for a car wash, they said the machine isn't printing codes. Fair enough. I paid for a delux, the guy came and put the code in and only gave me the cheapest wash. Unsure how stupid they think people are. If no soap comes out of the car wash its obviously not what I'm paying for. Will report this to shell though because thats a lot of money they're skimming off people.

Absolutely appalled. Last saturday I had an epileptic seizure whilst inconveniently standing in the queue with my partner at this petrol station. On my journey to the hospital, one of the paramedics told me that the man working in the shop that evening didn?t bother to lock the door when I was fitting in front of the till, and instead directed people to pay for their petrol by standing over me. This wouldn?t have been so much of an issue had there not been the option to close the door and advise people to use the night pay unit. Shocked and disgusted.
