The food is always of a great standard and delicious. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. Delivery is always tracked well and if you need anything, calling up to change etc isn't too much trouble. An all around fantastic venue serving great food at greater prices. Thank you guys!! ordered on the website for a doner wrap meal and a large doner kebab. specified the salad and sauce as we have tomato allergies. food came and both the wrap and the kebab had all the salad including tomato and the wrap didnt come with the chips and drink which i paid extra for. i phoned telling them this and they argued saying that on the website it states that they come with all the salad. i went back on their website and NO it DOES NOT state that. £25 worth of food has had to be binned not happy at all

Always a good takeaway, we live in castle donington with good grill places and the best donner and amazing burgers all the time, especially the mixed stir fried donner with chill

Order two kebabs,
One mixed donner kebab and one stir fried mixed donner.
Both of them were disgusting worse kebabs I have ever had literally tasted like dog food. The stir fried mixed donner Ridiculously spicy no warning in the description. Mixed Donner was so horrible we have literally wasted £25.00 the food has gone straight in the bin.

Used the website and worked well especially for New Years Eve ready in 30 mins. Food was good, hot and enjoyable. Staff very friendly on collection. No complaints thankyou.

Waited 25 mins for a burger and chips to be served to me, and was given lukewarm chips and burger, i wish i had complained but I guess that?s what I?m doing now. God knows how long it was on the side for I was starving and waited patiently, the feeling was devastating to open a box of chips which were colder than what you get when you get food deliveried. Travelled 20 minutes to the shop. They were doing online orders but I was the only one at the shop. I guess they?d of been more important people to please then me. This isn?t the first time, food can taste good but the bad overtime outweighed the good by far on even my last 5 visits. No matter how good the food is, if there isn?t preparation and dedication put in it?ll never hit the spot, and lukewarm food served at the store is unacceptable. Won?t be coming again but I?m sure they don?t care, and even then I bet they?ll never appreciate me spending money there.
