Previous negative reviews from 5 years ago need to be ignored. I pop in here now and then, when working in the area....welcomed with a smile, very chatty staff, and the food is banging! Will be back ?

The quality of the food is ok but my word, the woman I now believe to be the owner working behind the counter truly is horrinle to her customers. My cob came to 2.90 and she told me it's an extra 50p to pay by card. I told her that its illegal to charge. With this she starts raging about her terms and conditions for her card machine. After arguing this and proving that the law changed over a year ago in Jan 18 she told me to get out and not come back. Avoid like the plague! She is only interested in ripping you off ps. I didn't pay the surcharge.
