Poor customer service !Check ur camera footage , employees not interested in delivering just talking amongst themselves .Asked for assistance it was such a effort have been using it and family for over 15yrs taking my money elsewhere won't be bothering fuelling my car here from todays experience.

i fill up once a day here twice now same girl talking to me like a piece of dirt all because my shell card was active for rewards and i did not switch them on i could not get into my account for some reason she needs to go back to customer care school then she tells me im going to report you to your work i pay her wages so i suggest you sort her out

Wouldn't give even 1 star but there's no option to give less. Absolutely appalling staff behaviour when help was required at the air pump which was not working. Staff were completely unhelpful, did not show any initiative to try and fix a problem and were not willing to call the manager for help. Ended up needing 2 lorry drivers who were at the station to help. Left the station with 2 flat tyres thanks to Shell. Understandable that a broken air pump is not something the workers can deal with but they could at least have had the decency to try and help, instead of continuing to pack the Costa coffee dispenser and refusing to call the manager, and refusing a refund. Wont be coming back here!
