Ordered 10 balls of yarn for my partner as she is starting her own business venture, paid a lot of money for the items but havnt had any shipping / dispatch confirmation! I was told it would be dispatched today but still waiting for the email!! Very bad business.. would read reviews before purchasing!! Stay away from company!!!

I have not bought from this company for a long time, but I will say that in my view they are a very good companyI am going to purchase a rug kit before Christmas.I still have one that I made in the 1960sIt is a half moon rug.So to me they give 100 per cent.

Have recently placed two orders with this company for yarn - the first order was delivered a few days later, fast service. The second order took an unacceptable 4 weeks to be delivered. I emailed to chase after the first week and received no reply. So I phoned and the lady apologised and said they were in the middle of a warehouse move and my yarn was in stock and she would send a message to the warehouse team to chase it. A week later still not received it so rang again. Was told same thing again and they'd send a message to the warehouse team. Another week later (3 weeks since placing order) still nothing so sent another email. This time someone called Bruce replied a few days later apologising and yet again saying that they're having a warehouse move and he'd send another message. Almost 4 weeks to the day that I ordered the yarn I finally received the order. Absolutely unacceptable customer service, they obviously don't care about their customers. I will not be ordering from them again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND you purchase anything from them unless you're happy to wait weeks. As I see from previous reviews, I'm not the first and probably won't be the last to receive their atrocious customer service.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Avoid at all costs.I thought it would be nice to order from a smaller business given the current climate, and was delighted to order the wool I wanted from them. Nearly two weeks after receiving the order confirmation - and them immediately debiting my account - I still had no shipping confirmation so phoned to chase as the email I'd sent to customer services had gone unanswered. I was assured by the woman I spoke to that she would make sure it was shipped out directly. Another week later I called again, to be told that order had been cancelled a fortnight before as they didn't actually have the stock. I checked my bank account, no sign of a refund ten days after their cancellation. Phoned back to be told it had only been done 'a couple of days ago'. I've requested a transaction confirmation as after seeing these other reviews I'm not convinced it's on its way.Overall very poor customer services, and they really didn't seem to be bothered. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else to buy from.

I placed an order for wool and sent them an email asking when i would receive it. They didn't reply. I sent more emails over the next couple of days and not once did they reply.However, the wool was delivered, via DHL, just 6 days after ordering. Delivery could be faster but this isn't too bad in light of the Covid situation. But being that i hadn't heard from them i had no way of knowing they were dealing with my order.Had they replied just once to email i would have given them 5 stars. Ive seen from the negative comments on here that many people have had similar problems.I can't fault Readicut other than to ask that they at least send a delivery estimate so we know they are dealing with the order. Please Readicut!?Edit: I have since opened an account with Readicut so that I can at least see the status of my order and have ordered another item which I can see has been despatched. It seems to be 6 days from taking payment that the order is delivered as a standard.But, I would still like to have received something from them to confirm my order and a delivery estimate which is still not available even in my account.

I ordered a book from them online that never arrived. After a week had passed with not communication from them I phoned Readicut to see if there was a problem with my order and they said everything was fine and the book will be sent. After waiting 10 days for the book I phoned them again and I was told the book was not in stock and they said they would refund me. Weeks later I've still not recieved a refund so I have opened a case with PayPal.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Tried to cancel order within 30 minutes of placing it, no response, or to any of my 4 emails sent over a few days. Ended up having to refuse delivery so it was returned. I have confirmation from the delivery company that it's been received back but still no word from Readicut at all, certainly no refund. Had to get refund from PayPal even though it's not usually covered. Shocking service.

AVOID and save yourself a shed load of aggravation. They take your money, no confirmation email, no way to cancel, no response to email. Thankfully I used PayPal who refunded but had to wait a month to allow this awful company time to respond, they didnt bother.

I would like to give Readicut 10 stars if I could, I phoned my order in on Tuesday morning and I have just received it Friday morning of the same week, 3 days, you can't ask for better service than that. Perfect. Thank you very much

I have ordered from readicut a few times now. Order arrived within four days. Tracking service and email updates were first class. Order was packaged nicely and exactly as I ordered. Will be using them a lot more in the future ð??

1 star is too much to be honest. Placed order, received order later than advertised. 2 balls of yarn didn't match what I ordered, ordered self striping yarn, received plain yarn. Issue is with colour square on website. Note on dispatch order saying two items were out of stock and they would process refund. All items still show on website as in stock. Sent email to query this and plain yarn issue. Received email saying they would enquire in warehouse and get back to me. Received no further emails or a refund and had to open a Paypal case. The responded to Paypal with a full stop only and have since ignored both myself and Paypal. Thankfully I paid by Paypal so I will be getting my refund through them. I advise to use website with caution and pay with Paypal to cover yourself if it goes wrong, as this company's customer service is none existent.
