Probably the most unhelpful Boots I've ever had the misfortune to visit.I realise there are self checkouts however I was looking for advice. I was ignored. The assistant knew I was there and avoided eye contact. She walked straight past me. Another assistant watched her do this and told me she'd be back. She didn't come back and another assistant came to help.This store is cold and uncaring. The staff really couldn't give a flying one!!

A small Boots with not the best selection, but just enough of what you need.Felt the need to post a review because I recently popped in to pick up a make-up product (that costs £3.99!) and was shocked to discover ALL the make-up is now behind locked glass doors.Look, I get it. I work in a shop myself, and I understand shoplifting is a problem. But after trying to open the glass doors with another lady (completely unrelated to me) and realising they were locked, we both looked at the till queue and walked out.I'm not going to queue at your till, ask for assistance with the locked doors, to then presumably go to the back of the queue again to pay! If you're going to have a barrier between your products and customers, you need to employ someone to be on the shop floor to assist people.I can buy this make-up product ANYWHERE. It is not exclusive to Boots. I use Boots because it's quick and easy to nip in and buy something - but, now, it's not. If you remove the convenience I have no reason to shop here.

Had an issue with my eye and was confused with what drops to buy. The pharmacist went out of her way, really listened and was very genuine and authentic. Drops worked well, customer service was amazing

No ear drops or nose sprays in stock staff are so unhelpful they will not even ring the GP to advise what they do actually have in stock. This is also whilst receiving 8 messages to say my prescription is ready to collect. But as always system error.5 times I have tried to get a nose spray from boots the delays have meant I have 5 times had to take antibiotics just like the below review states so looks like I?m not the only customer boots has failed in it duty of care.After making a complaint the store manager called at 9:21 and again at 9:23am he couldn?t advise why no member of staff would call my GP he did not apologise for the store closing early without my GP being informed on 3rd April.This needs to be addressed on Leicestershire live as boots has failed on so many levels to provide adequate services to customers.This store has very very bad service hardly have any stock. The shelves are as empty at the customer service.I don?t know how this store stays open ???Time to close down let a better store open with good service

Shocking customer service, terrible wait times, avoid. Only one pharmacist so during busy periods you could be standing around for 15 minutes.

Maya served me at checkout and she was exceptionally helpful and very thoughtful, I observed her help an elderly lady on a walking frame as she needed a little more time and attention, she did not rush her but was careful to apologise to keep me waiting. Maya noticed that I was at the self checkout and called me over so she could ensure I could benefit from the £10 off voucher I could redeem at her till. I made a great saving! Maya truly is the reason why self checkout experience will never truly feel the same, no matter how efficient it is. Being served by Maya will ensure you leave the store wearing a smile!

Customer service is terrible, the rudeness of the staff and pharmacists is a joke. Pick and choose who they want to serve
