Went in to collect an order didn?t receive a text message like I normally do to let me know the order has arrived the lady I was served by was rude and clearly didn?t want to be at work. Please serve customers how you would want to be served. Thanks

Went to collect an order and was dealt with by a rude girl who made it obvious I was a burden. Not one smile or hello, her customer service skills are non existent.

Rude and inattentive staff. If u want to buy make up don?t bother coming here. It?s bizarre, it?s like they don?t realise they are a shop and they need to sell the stuff not just cherish it in cabinets.

I jus went to asked boots optician today for price for pair of glasses and they told me if you bought glasses from us In the last 3 month, you can get those for half price bot the purchase has to be today Because the 3 month period was already expired. So I said yes, let's go ahead. I ask twice Are you sure we can get the frame for half prices as well as fhe lenses and te answer was yes you get 50% of from total order. it took me almost 3 hours to chose and deside wich i should have. also waitin for staf tu do the measurement and also because my card it didn't work. I have to come back home to get the cash and wen i retern back to the store The manager told me You can have only have £20 off from your previous purchase. I just left te store. really disappointed. They didn't training they staff properly. They don't know what they're doing. The manager didn't even apologise me and they didn't accept They're mistake I will never go back again.

Rubbish store, I?ve been shopping at boots for ages and I think it?s the first time I?ve entered this store.
Shocking to seee the service is so bad.
?What the hell? uttered at customers as their kids were making some noise.
Service for queuing is awful.
Asking if they?ve got the free mascara at 11:30 - or so and got the reply of ?no we ain?t got any?. Honestly you expect to believe that? .. and even if it were true, would it hurt to say it nicely????
Just pure rude attitude I got and served by Nina ( as it states on the receipt)
Actually shocking, how bad this store is and I don?t think I?ll be coming back.

Service is shockingly slow. The store needs an update, looks dated and unappealing. We
Tried to pay using a gift voucher and the self service machine was unable to process the card, waited for assistance and eventually asked for help when Rita made eye contact with us. They were not busy, three staff members and three customers in the store. She asked us to pay at the other terminal, at which point the machine was rejecting the gift card AND our bank card at which point we were impolitely told that OUR cards are not working. After fussing about the payment was made. Minutes later used said card at M&S with no issues.
Not surprised, this particular store is old and using older equipment.

Always great with prescriptions. They are always happy to help and get things sorted. I just had to pick up my son?s prescription medicines and I phoned ahead and they had them all ready for when I got down there. If they haven?t got something, they will always get it ordered and let me know when it?s available. Cannot fault them there, thank you!

Probably the most unhelpful Boots I've ever had the misfortune to visit.I realise there are self checkouts however I was looking for advice. I was ignored. The assistant knew I was there and avoided eye contact. She walked straight past me. Another assistant watched her do this and told me she'd be back. She didn't come back and another assistant came to help.This store is cold and uncaring. The staff really couldn't give a flying one!!

A small Boots with not the best selection, but just enough of what you need.Felt the need to post a review because I recently popped in to pick up a make-up product (that costs £3.99!) and was shocked to discover ALL the make-up is now behind locked glass doors.Look, I get it. I work in a shop myself, and I understand shoplifting is a problem. But after trying to open the glass doors with another lady (completely unrelated to me) and realising they were locked, we both looked at the till queue and walked out.I'm not going to queue at your till, ask for assistance with the locked doors, to then presumably go to the back of the queue again to pay! If you're going to have a barrier between your products and customers, you need to employ someone to be on the shop floor to assist people.I can buy this make-up product ANYWHERE. It is not exclusive to Boots. I use Boots because it's quick and easy to nip in and buy something - but, now, it's not. If you remove the convenience I have no reason to shop here.

Had an issue with my eye and was confused with what drops to buy. The pharmacist went out of her way, really listened and was very genuine and authentic. Drops worked well, customer service was amazing

No ear drops or nose sprays in stock staff are so unhelpful they will not even ring the GP to advise what they do actually have in stock. This is also whilst receiving 8 messages to say my prescription is ready to collect. But as always system error.5 times I have tried to get a nose spray from boots the delays have meant I have 5 times had to take antibiotics just like the below review states so looks like I?m not the only customer boots has failed in it duty of care.After making a complaint the store manager called at 9:21 and again at 9:23am he couldn?t advise why no member of staff would call my GP he did not apologise for the store closing early without my GP being informed on 3rd April.This needs to be addressed on Leicestershire live as boots has failed on so many levels to provide adequate services to customers.This store has very very bad service hardly have any stock. The shelves are as empty at the customer service.I don?t know how this store stays open ???Time to close down let a better store open with good service
