We were served by Ikky who was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He understood the style and functional choices we wanted and showed us all of our options with his recommendations and experiences from other customers. Not once did we feel pressured to buy anything in the moment. He was happy to give us a price with the appliances we?d chosen and allow to think about it and pay for items as we decide. Genuinely the nicest appliance shopping experience we?ve had! Will definitely be recommending bargain buyz to anyone buying appliances in Leicester!

Faulty tumble dryer after 40 days. Manufacturer and retailer keep blaming each other with no resolution in a month. I have given them both a week before I start the chargeback process with the bank.

I went to BargainBuyz to buy a dishwasher for me and Mustafa(sales person) is very friendly and professional. He showed us the various models and gave us the nice deals. I would high recommend him for anyone to get a fair deal and make the sales process easier.

They are honest with each and every description, very reliable. I purchased a dishwasher and cooker hood from Bargain Buyz. Ikky offered great customer service and advice on the telephone. I received the receipt promptly and they delivered to my place shortly thereafter. Can't fault this experience.
