This will fall on deaf ears but ill say it anyway.
Well im sorry to say but im astounded at the lack of quality customer service for a multi million pound company. I was promised a delivery today, Saturday 30th, which has been cancelled with no proper reason. I've had to take a £250 loss of earning for booking today off. The main reason im angry is you havent even got the decency to give me enough notice you only told me this morning. I've been on the phone but can only talk to customer service which can't solve my problem. They wont even give me my £20 delivery back, how disgraceful does that make you look, but is the company bothered, it doesn't look that way really does it. Why I can't speak on the phone to someone at the shop where I made my purchase from I dont know. It's disgracefull that with your might as a leading business you can't provide a back up for your deliveries and in store telephones.
Doing the right thing by your customer in all cases should be a no brainer.
Your customers are what make you and should be a top priority.
I would love to receive an intelligent response not just the standard sorry for the inconvenience but we know the answer to that.

Shocking customer service. Needed to return an item, stood waiting for 10 minutes for staff to acknowledge me then told he couldn?t help. No wonder people buy online, I won?t be buying from Curry?s again

Large currys superstore within the Fosse Park retail site, selling everything from computers, mobile phones, TV's to large kitchen appliances. Plenty of free parking available.

We recently bought a TV from Currys, only to find it was faulty straight out of the box?it wouldn?t even turn on, and the box was visibly damaged on delivery. Still within the 30-day return window (in fact, in the first 5 days), we followed the instructions given by Currys customer service and the online returns portal, both of which clearly stated that we could return the product in-store for an exchange.
However, upon arriving at the store, we were met with complete indifference and a lack of help from the store manager, Dhruvik. He showed zero interest in assisting and outright refused to help us even after we explained what customer service had told us.
We were later told the return couldn?t be processed in-store because the TV was bought through Currys finance?something that was never mentioned by customer service or on the website. This wasn?t even brought up or clarified in-store until we pressed further, and Dhruvik refused to call customer service to resolve the issue. It felt like they just didn?t want to deal with it at all.
Now we?re stuck with a broken TV, no exchange, and wasting more time chasing this through customer service again. If you?re expecting any kind of basic customer support or accountability in-store, don?t bother. In store and customer service online can?t agree on a solution. Extremely poor service and a frustrating experience overall.

Poor Experience with Hisense Washing Machine and Currys Care Plan
I bought a 7kg Hisense washing machine from Currys last year, along with a 3-year Care Plan. I chose this setup hoping for reliability and support ? but I?ve been deeply disappointed.
The machine started showing an E45 error far too soon, despite very light use (our household is just two adults and one child, and we typically wash only once or twice a week). The first engineer diagnosed a faulty motor, but it took nearly three weeks just to receive the part. When the second engineer came to install it, they discovered more incorrect components that needed replacing ? and couldn?t confirm how long it would take to get those parts.
In the meantime, we?ve spent so much money on external laundry that we could have hired a private engineer to fix the issue completely. Each engineer visit also means I have to take time off work, adding even more stress and cost.
If I had known the repair process would be this slow and disorganized, I would never have bought the Care Plan ? and I certainly wouldn?t choose Hisense again. The machine failed far too early, and the support has not lived up to expectations.
I hope Currys takes this feedback seriously and improves both their product recommendations and their repair service. Customers deserve better.

However the is always staff walking around but very few have knowledge of the products. I have asked question before and they just start reading the box/product, which I had already done.

Absolute crap do not use this store or curry?s flex pay they told us we had to wait 24 hours for a review and they will call us despite being accepted by creation for the finance still no phone call so we thought we?ll purchase it online and pick it up now curry?s say we don?t have an account with flex pay yet we have to signed agreement with creation called customer service NOT helpful what so ever told us to call creation and creation can see 0 issue with the account.

Brought a air fryers on line . Got it the next day and when I opened the box it looked second hand . It had dents on the sides . They then told me I had to wait 5 days for it to be picked up and the 3to 5 working days to get my money back. Really frustrating experience.

Left me to lift a heavy tv down off the counter and carry it.myself out to the car after paying whilst the 2 guys behind the counter just stood chatting. Didn't even offer to bring it out for me.
