Wow wow wow ladies now. I?m telling you these ladies are warm loving caring atomsphere. I first went last Tuesday and I was welcome to nice warm relaxing environment, friendly and uplifting. Nicki took all her time to ensure I was happy with all my eyebrow waxing she ensure I was happy and she left me feeling happy and confident. The business very clean and tidy and I will be back one time after I grew my nails. I would recommend this gem ? in all treatments you tiredly the best. I have been using Elegance for a number of years, and cannot recommend their services enough. As well as being a regular customer for CND Shellac nails, eyebrow waxing and Dermalogica pro power peels, I have recently had a new skincare treatment; microneedling, which I would really recommend.I was a little nervous initially as I didn't know if it would feel painful, but my therapist really put me at ease, explained how it would work and checked how I was feeling during the treatment. Whilst it felt a little unusual I didn't find it painful and would feel very happy to have it again. Immediately after the treatment my skin was pink (not red) for about 48 hours, but nothing significant. Most importantly though after just 1 treatment and 1 week later I am so impressed with how much my skin has improved already - my skin is brighter and skin tone is a lot more even, which is great for scarring and dark spots. Will definitely be back for more, thank you!

I had micro needling by kitty on Friday and can already see the difference! The treatment targets fine lines and aging, she's decrinkled my wrinkles and everything looks lifted- amazing. Not a pleasant relaxing treatment anywhere but with Elegance the staff and setting are superb, it gets results though which is the main thing. I'm especially surprised how my top lip and around my mouth look so much fuller. Friends have said I look well but can't quite place what's changed.. very pleased

I come to Elegance regularly for my HD brows! I wouldn?t trust anyone but Nathalie with my brows now. I also visit regularly for my shellac hands and toes. A trip to see Nathalie and Kitty is a relaxing treat they are always really friendly and on hand for any professional treatment advice. Having your makeup done as a bridesmaid can feel like a bit of a gamble- but as soon as I met Nathalie I knew we were in good hands. Nathalie really made sure each of us were happy with what she was doing and chatted us through her thoughts on colours/ style as she went. I am pleased to say I was thrilled with the results. Had a great first visit to this lovely salon 30/10/17. Kitty made me very welcome and she was super easy to chat to. I got a good feeling as I walked in and felt at ease straight away. It was great to find a salon that does not close on Mondays and one that is open in to the evening daily. Perfect for those of us working 9-5! There is ample free parking outside too so it beats going in to Loughborough and paying to park. The salon smelt lovely from all the nice products they use including Elemis. I had a Shelac Pedicure and Kitty really took her time. I felt very pampered and relaxed whilst we chatted with ease. They have an amazing selection of Shelac polish too. This is a family run business and feels welcoming and like they really care about their clients. You do not get that rushed zero conversation town/city centre nail bar service. They offer lots of treatments including brows, lashes, waxing and massage. I left with beautiful sparkly pink toes. Going in for surgery very soon. Bet the nurses admire my glittery toes and it will cheer me up seeing them!Cannot wait to return and try other services.If you like a friendly welcome, comfortable environment, great service and lovely products used, then look no further. I live in Loughborough but it is well worth a short drive to this salon.Thank you Kitty for the great service. I will be back!
