Used vision express the 2 ladies who greeted you on entry were very nice and made you feel welcome the optician was polite and professional and very helpful will I be using vision express in the future you can bet I will 10 out of 10

I'd tried Vision Express again this time after many years, driven mainly by poor experiences with other national providers. I'd stopped using them previously because of punctuality issues.
Anyhow, I was greeted upon entering and it was a perfectly fine transaction if a little flat. Quickly through the preliminaries to be seen by the Optometrist, Taran.
This is where the experience was elevated to a different level. For years I've struggled to understand my unusual prescription and why glasses weren't really helping. Taran gave a very clear explanation and suggested possible treatments that would really help me. However, there was no pressure to do anything immediately and he even offered a solution which wouldn't necessarily benefit him and VE directly. It was great to feel like my wellbeing was at the centre of the whole transaction.

Amazing service from vision express in Melton. Lou was friendly and very helpful. Very quickly sorted me some replacement glasses as well as a spare pair. Very happy!

The optometrist (Taranvir) was truly exceptional. Very thorough and provided reassurance when necesssary. Was not rushed, and took plenty of time over all checks. Highly recommend. Not had health care service like that in a LONG LONG while.

My latest consultation was long, as I have some complications I wasn't aware of. At all times I felt that everything was fully explained with compassion and care. I didn't feel at all rushed, and I can honestly say that everyone was friendly and kind.

Having visited them regularly and recently the Melton Vision Express team really went the extra mile to look after my vision and eye health. I recently had a cataract rapidly develop into a complex case and the team put a huge effort to getting me referred and operated on within a month of my visit. From being partially sighted in one eye to 20/20 vision, has been life changing. A big thank you to Vision Express Melton Mowbray.

Ladies were lovely and very helpful giving me the best offers and choosing the best style for me as I'm very indecisive. Brilliant selection of stylish glasses for reasonable prices. Usually go to specsavers but I found vision express had more to choose from in my price bracket.

Staff are polite. Prices are horrific. I always used specsavers but was concerned about my eye health and wanted the soonest appointment. I soon got pulled into buying from them. Everything is an option and ended up spending over 300 pounds on one set. Back at specsavers again, litterally half the price. If your on a budget especially in this climate, specsavers and boots offer the best deals. Would never use or recommend again.
