After experiencing a problem with the lace hole and clip on a fairly new pair of boots, at least 3 shoe repair shops declined attempting a repair … fortunately the Manager at Melton was able to take a look and suggest what he could do. We went ahead and a great job was done at a sensible price .. Thanks!!

Wanted a car key cut, member of staff told me they dont cut any car keys at Melton, strange because they had lots of blanks hanging on the board!

There was an issue with the first key that was cut. However, they were able cut me a new one without any quibbles. Excellent customer service.
