I work away a lot for Network Rail.Booked in here today for 3 nights.usually stay in holiday inns, but their isn't one in Melton Mowbry.The room I was allocated was very tired dark and run down.Picture was falling off the wall.The bed side lamp was broke hanging off the wall.The windows were rotten falling out, but worst of all was the bed, it was disgusting, really cheap old beds with the mattress sitting on ply board.the mattress was filthy covered in piss stains.absolute shocking.We checked out and drove 20 miles to a holiday inn.

First time staying here we booked for 1 night while travelling home from holiday to break up the journey and must say we wasn't disappointed. On arrival we was greeted by a very friendly lady who checked us in. She also booked us in for food with no problem at all. We was given a family room which was lovely and as we walked in it was fresh smelling very clean and tidy. Was very surprised to have a stunning bathroom which we absolutely loved. In another door was a shower and another door a separate toilet these was very well decorated and very clean. Very posh as my daughter said. Had a very comfortable night's sleep. Food was amazing there is plenty to choose from on the menu but we all chose curry which was absolutely delicious probably one of the best I've had. In all a very nice hotel with lovely staff. Would defenutaly recommend staying here again.

Have visited here for the Indian restaurant and the Sunday carvery takeaway. The Indian food is very good and rivals any Indian restaurant I've been to in the area. The first time I had a takeout carvery it was great, fresh and lots of meat. Today, we had it delivered and it felt a bit tired like it had been standing around for a while. Which brings me to the delivery?. Both the carvery and the last Indian we have ordered have been quite late arriving and needed us to call to chase and has then mysteriously arrived within 15 mins. So, the food is quite good but I won?t be using delivery again.

Darts team outing for a curry. Excellent service from a young lady. Excellent choices on menu & the food was excellent too. This is the second time we?ve been & both times we?ve had a very good experience. Food was hot & plenty of it. We will be going back

We had a lovely time at the Harboro Hotel. Staff were lovely, location ideal and was easy to find. Only drawback was the shower in the bathroom being ?old school.? Nevertheless, will happily stay again

Not much more, I can say. Terrible room. The fan did not work. Very hot and sweaty room. The shower was impossible to work. On the plus side the staff were friendly pub was fine for a drink. The accommodation is terrible. Maybe I?m are used to a high standard. Avoid unless you?re desperate.
