Went in at around 6pm when they say they?re open till 8pm, waiting 10 minutes while staff were in the back laughing. Come out to tell me they?re not taking anymore orders.

The food is good, and gluten free is an option. I had meatballs which were delicious but too hot. There is a small seating area but not very comfortable, staff basically do their job - with courtesy but not overly friendly, pleasantDietary restrictions: Gluten free

This was the worst experience of ordering from an app I have ever had. Signed up and ordered through the app ok but when I got to store they no longer do click and collect even though there is a big poster advertising the app. They hadn't got my order through which as they don't do it no wonder, but no way of cancelling the order once placed, no phone number to call to sort it out. To give the store credit they honoured the order but on the flip side, no seads for the bread, no normal chicken, no meatballs. Since found out I don't like teriyaki chicken and bacon.

I've been here a few times and always had great service and left 5*s plenty of timesHowever, this time it's a 4*,There were 3 members of staff working, there was a bit of a queue and it seemed that there was a panic.Not that I've worked at subway but the 1st member of staff would ask what u would like while the 2nd member of staff would be sorting the salad/topics with another customer and the 3rd member of staff would be taking the payment from who's already been servedIt was a bit free for all....

Woman in there has the manners and customer service skills of a farm animal. Shouts at you as soon as walk in to wait outside the shop. Not outside subway....outside in the CAR PARK. Would rather buy a 99p sandwich from the spar. Should have learnt from the first time she did it that she is unlikely to improve and from the looks of previous posts subway have clearly done nothing about sorting her out

Really poor service most of the time I try to order order never gets accepted or whe it does it takes them over an hour to prepare to footlongs... Won't be using this service I rather go somwhere else.

The person serving was little rude but other than that everything was fine sometimes cantankerous quite a while for people to come round and serve you

Food is consistant and lovely. They have stopped doing click and collects. And given the current climate I don't think that was a wise move. They have started uber eats but the delivery charge is extortion. I don't mind going in to pick mine up, but the click and collect was so easy and minimalised the time spent in the store.
