Please, for the love of God, answer your phone! I called five times in three days to notify them of my vision prescription change, but no one answered! The automated system then stated every time that it had noted my phone number and would get someone to call me back, which no one did! This branch is a 20-minute drive from my house. So I didn't want to drive there to inform them of something that could be handled over the phone! I waited a month for them to get back to me, but no joy! And as a result, they've lost a long-standing contact lens subscription customer to Boots Opticians! I've also purchased a few pairs of glasses from them over the years since I have been a customer.EDIT: Even Boots Opticians tried to contact them three times on the day of my appointment. Once again, they did not answer the phone!

Amazing owner completed me eye rest and referred me to the hospital Eye clinic. I had a cancer growth on my eyelid, which was extremely aggressive. Without his knowledge, I may not be here now, so I am extremely grateful

I took my son (16) for his eyesight review at Melton Mowbray branch of SpecSavers. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the Optician who dealt with my son was professional, explained everything so that he understood. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you ?
