I have now actually reported this store to the post office official trading. I have turned up 3 weeks in a row, to be told they have no staff members to work the post office at the front check out! Why advertise this? Another very annoyed lady also arrived the same time. It?s Monday morning, the woman on the cash desk looked helpless, very rude. Who?s the manager here? Manange your staff hours to ensure what your are advertising is correct!!! It?s false advertising. No post office services are available outside of the main post office desk 9-5pm! This needs addressing immediately, to which as I have stated I have made Royal Mail aware. Sick to death of making trips here that are a waste of time.

This is a good Spar by far. There's a literal post office inside this small Spar. There was a lot of food, sweets and drinks. You do have to pay slightly more than some actual stores like Tescos, Aldi and Lidl. But honestly I would come here everyday for anything.

Chris, Tim and all of the staff at Melton Mowbray Spar are all very dedicated, efficient and helpful. They go out of their way to advise and help customers. Yes, they are friendly and do 'chat' to customers during service, it is the polite and correct thing to do!

Friendly staff. Not the cheapest but at least it is nearby. You can top up gas or electricity. Post office available and Subway and they open at Christmas.

Super convenient store. Staff always super helpful and friendly. Post Office staff knowledgeable, efficient and customer-orientated. Epitome of what a local small supermarket and post office should be, cannot recommend them enough!
