Wonderful staff, absolutely brilliant, I came with my german shepard and she has anxiety but the staff there made her happy and was truly a great visit.

Very poor service as I walked my dog down for a groom and I wasn't able to have this and , seemed very short staff. I will not be using your service again and I manged to get my dog into another grooming which I will be using for now on . Sorry pets at home you have lost a customer.

I have taken my 4 dogs. To pets at home every week. It was £192 a week and when the dogs cane back form the groomers I was appalled in the grooming state in which they cam back in. They where full of knot. It has taken me hours on one larger breed dog to get their coat in condition to cut their coats because they where only allowed to wash and groom them thought. As I have hurt my shoulder and can?t groom them. We where told when we complained that they would groom them for free we said we don?t we don?t was it for free. We want you to groom them properly.when the dogs where collected they where no different. Their ears and necks where wet though which meant they have not properly groomed my dogs. I advised people not to take their dogs to pets at home for a groom. I have spoken to the manager and she said that they are not qualified to groom our dogs and do apologise that they can not good them anymore more.
If you are a groomer you should be able to groom any breed of dogs

Recently they have let the Pets at home brand down at this location. Other locations are great but really terrible customer service. Also, the Groom room NO LONGER call once the dog is ready for collection (well, after 33 minutes so they get £5 extra) - not sure why they stopped calling once he is ready. Been there a few times when they are not ready... does that mean they pay me if they are late?... Wonder whether it is a new manager who is trying to get extra revenue out of customer.
