I visited Pearces about 5 weeks ago to select a wedding ring for my partner. The wedding has to be quick because I have a terminal illness time is of the essence. The staff were wonderful. I have a beautiful ring that has been engraved for me and it was then delivered to me at home (because i find going out so difficult). I cannot fault the compassion and professionalism of the team under Tony and recommend them enough. SUPERB.

Outstanding service! My first time at this jewellers. I just popped in to get my watch battery changed and the friendly jeweller did it for me in 2 minutes. In the short time that I waited, I had a look around and they have some lovely jewellery, I?ll definitely be going back!

Brought 150pound watch refused to give me refund as strap on watch decided to rash me up on my wrist and all they gave me was credit to spend on something else be careful what u buy from here please poor customer service

Always knowledgeable and always look after you. And I always have a great experience and always feel I got very good value for money and if they have a sale it's always a very good and genuine reduction so then it seems an absolute bargain.

Had a wedding ring made here to fit my engagement ring and watch battery replaced . Excellent service especially as I needed a tight turn around on the wedding ring. Definitely would recommend
