Ordered online for a certain time.
Food arrived on time, hot so didn't have to warm up.
And was absolutely delicious. Every mouthful was very very tasty.

First time we have ordered from this restaurant and the food was AMAZING! Will 100% be ordering from there again. We had the food delivered and it was really hot and fresh.

New Apurba is always our go to Takeaway Indian restaurant in Melton Mowbray. The chicken tikka masala is by far the best in the area in my opinion and I have tried them all! Pashwari Naan, always tasty with lots of coconut and the king prawn starters are also always tasty. Other great dishes include Chicken Korma, Lamb Rogan Josh and chicken Bhuna. Only thing I would improve would be the speed of being able to collect/deliver on a weekend but that shows how good they are! After the most recent visit I thought I had better leave a review ?

So glad we stumbled across this restaurant ! Went as a family of six and all got different dishes and all of us really enjoyed our meals ! Staff were friendly and accommodating to us all even my youngest son who is a very picky eater ! Will definitely come back !

Food delivered on time. Popadoms were stale. Food cold. Tasteless and bland. Onion bhajis were horrendous. Tasted like they?d been made weeks ago. Absolutely disgusting all round. Not worth a penny paid which was over £40!!!! Will not be going to New Apurba again

We've only ever had takeaway for the Apurba and the food is superb. I've lived all over the country and had curries everywhere, and this is as good as any and better than the majority. The taste, look, and quality is superb overall. However, in my opinion, the Onion Bhajis are ok but not the best I've had. Everything else we've eaten has been delicious. Great timings for ordering and collecting, really friendly staff, excellent takeaway all round. I gave marked atmosphere as a three as I cannot judge that in fairness.

Yesterday night, we came across this restaurant and ordered a meal and a beer. The food was fine; we loved the curries. However, the staff who attended to us were extremely disrespectful. As this was our first time trying this restaurant, we were looking for something special. Unfortunately, I felt very disappointed, and my friend even considered leaving immediately. We waited 10-15 minutes for the food, and it was pleasant. Later, when we requested a napkin or a tissue, the staff told us to take it ourselves from another table. I have never encountered such poor manners in a restaurant. To top it off, at the end, they were speaking and making fun of us in their own language. It felt very bad and disrespectful. This experience occurred yesterday (27/05/2024).Also there was no proper bill given to me. i would like to get my proper bill and the explanationregarding this! Can not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values respect! It was not a reservation on the 1st place. And i am sure of it. They told me in the end that they are from banlgadesh

Wonderful evening, truly delicious food and great atmosphere. What?s not to love! I?m fuzzy about curry but this was the best eat out I?ve had for sometime. King prawns were large and juicy very very tasty thank you ? highly recommended.

Went here for the first time on a Friday night. A few people in but got a table no problem. Friendly and prompt service. Chicken Madras and Achari lamb were both excellent. My only criticism would be the very bright cold lighting which robs the place of a bit of atmosphere, but would definitely visit again.
