Excellent bank most helpful, pleasant staff

Opened an account a few days ago. Been struggling to get onto my online banking. Keep calling, takes agest to speak to a real person, then the phone cuts off before speaking to anyone! Just managed to speak to someone and call cuts off before I got the help I needed!

Shocking. Can not speak to a person on the phone - going round and round with the digital questioning to finally being passed over to speak to a person but to listening to music only to be cut off in seconds. Two attempts at this. Terrible way to encourage someone who is considering to open a bank account. The trouble is in this cashless society everyone needs a bank account. We need them - so they can treat us like fodder. By the way I had to give the one star in order to post otherwise the option to post remained greyed out. Shocking.

I went in the bank with a few problems. Viljoy Dholakia took me into a side office. He was so kind and helpful. He sorted out all my queries. I was so grateful I couldn't believe it. Thank you Vijoy and Natwest Melton Mowbray

Absolutely hopeless since the counter was removed. Everything more complicated than a cash/cheque deposit is dealt with by (at most) two members of staff, and there's always a queue and a long wait.

I drove into Melton Mowbray this afternoon to pay into your branch. On the website it says you are open until 5. It closes at 4:30 very helpful!!! not
