The opening times are not good at all, would be nice if you were open on Saturday at least the morning for people that can?t take time off work.

Visited the Melton Mowbray branch recently with my wife & was seen by the manager Sam. She was so knowledgeable & gave us all the information regarding ISA 's & their bank accounts so that we could make an informed decision. This is a lovely local branch available to visit, friendly & welcoming & Sam is a credit to Nationwide.

Staff make this branch! They are always so friendly and engaging! I?m glad you?ve kept a high street branch (despite limited opening times). It?s always busy when I pop in, showing how much people value it.

Lovely staff in this branch but I'm very disappointed in the fact they close Saturday. My children have accounts here and wanted to go into branch on Saturday to pay money in. I am in the process of opening them alternative accounts at the Melton Mowbray building society who open on Saturday mornings.

Fantastic branch as the staff cannot do enough for you HOWEVER why are your branches still only open 10am - 2pm when everything else is getting back to normal. I never understood why branches had to change opening hours anyway. Understand the social distancing in the branches and the queueing system but why the change in opening hours. COVID never reduced the amount of cash in the country and if anything it has created more money issues for individuals so if anything I would have expected longer opening hours. I don?t see why you needed to take use of the government furlough scheme?
