The opening times are not good at all, would be nice if you were open on Saturday at least the morning for people that can’t take time off work.

Visited the Melton Mowbray branch recently with my wife & was seen by the manager Sam. She was so knowledgeable & gave us all the information regarding ISA 's & their bank accounts so that we could make an informed decision. This is a lovely local branch available to visit, friendly & welcoming & Sam is a credit to Nationwide.

Staff make this branch! They are always so friendly and engaging! I’m glad you’ve kept a high street branch (despite limited opening times). It’s always busy when I pop in, showing how much people value it.
