Although the process of getting a self build Mortgage was good, getting hold of Melton, quick releasing of draw down funds is NOT.You have to call at 9am or you don't get your call answered.They do not call back as they say they will.They are slow to release funds unless you push like crazy.All with the excuse that they are having 'unusally high' some or other. The same excuse all banks now use as routine.A shame as I had high hopes.
