The worst MacDonald I've been in!!! It was absolutely filthy. Tables filthy floors filthy even the walls were filthy & staff just stood around oblivious to it all. Only stopped as we were passing so won't need to visit again

I tried to be as fair and honest as possible in all my comments. Recently, I visited McDonald?s in Melton Mowbury. After ordering my lunch, I noticed a staff member walking around with their phone to their head, serving food. I understand that you need to make phone calls while working, but it?s concerning that she doesn?t wear gloves. Her phone has been everywhere all day, and she?s just standing there, switching hands and touching burgers or whatever she?s making. I thought it was quite disgusting.
I reported this to management their response were we don?t wear gloves because we are meant to wash our hands every 30 minutes,
I?ve worked in the fast food industry before, and I recall that handwashing is mandatory. However, wearing enough gloves is also important. You?re supposed to wash your hands every time you touch different types of food or leave the kitchen.

just placed an order from Melton Mobray at home .
one less double cheeseburger in the order and 2 burgers without anything, only one patty and bun. We really hope that you will improve and not think only about money.the kids are very upset and I hope this is the last time this happens to you

Taking ?fast? out of fast food,
I?m quite a regular here, I love a nice latte,
I?m not sure if it?s the managers or the lack of management that makes this McDonald?s so slow, and dysfunctional, but something is very wrong here, I feel the management need re-managing, I feel they may have lost how a McDonald?s should work, and what the fundamental experience should be, and that?s definitely not to be stacking every car order in the car park as if they are cooking every order individually,

Visited McDonalds tonight (10th Mar 25) and ordered a Philly Cheese Stack meal.
It takes 5 mins to drive from McDonalds to my house in Melton and when I arrived home and opened my meal, the burger and chips were cold. Not slightly cold.....stone cold.
Awful food and the Manager needs to get on top of this.

Fast food is definitely a not here, every time I?ve visited this restaurant for a drive through I am asked to park up, even when there?s no cars in the derive through. You then proceed to wait 10/15 minutes for food.

Order cheese burger Fry's and white coffee. Asked to wait in a bay with the coffee. The coffee was hot chocolate and the rest of the meal didn't show waiting 30 mins, the place was gridlocked so just left them to it ?
