I placed a order and it's was delivered when I recieved the order it eas cold and the wrong order the food wasn't mine.
When contacting them they stated Mt order was still in store so I had someone else . They wasn't able to deliver mi e as they do r have their own drivers . They blamed the driver for taking wrong... read full comment

Tonight (10th Mar 25), my wife visited Melton KFC with our two God Children, for a little treat. After ordering 2 x popcorn chicken kids bucket meals, 4 x chicken pieces and 2 x chicken wraps with chips, she arrived home. Once home we found no chips and the chicken was cold. What a let down was for a birthday got 4 drinks wrong chicken missing from mighty box or should I say a bag unhelpful staff not just for us other people was struggling with self screan ordering
